1. Click on the REGISTRATION TAB at the TOP RIGHT corner of this page, (not the User Login on the top left)
2. Select your TEAM NAME from the drop down on the left
3A. RETURNING PLAYERS with an existing NCASA account (currently registered or unregistered) - Enter your username and password on the right and click LOGIN.
- Use the Username and Password you originally created. Please do not Create another account.
- If you need Username or Password assistance, please email ncasa2@ncsoccer.org.

Please DO NOT create a duplicate account, this creates rostering issues and problems for the NCASA system.

A duplicate account doesn't reflect any past registrations, so the system will treat you as a new player and charge a $15 tournament fee instead of allowing you to roster for free. We don't want anyone to be charged unnecessarily, and creating duplicate accounts cause this problem. Please reach out for assistance to access your original account.
OR 3B. NEW PLAYERS that have never opened an account with NCASA - Select CREATE AN ACCOUNT (NOTE: passwords must be precisely 7 or 8 characters, have one UPPER case letter, one lower case letter and a number. For example: Soccer1 or Soccer12)
4. Click ADD SELF TO TEAM.
5. For team role, check the PLAYER BOX (If you are a captain, click the HEAD COACH BOX. If you are a player and a captain, click BOTH BOXES)
6A. For RETURNING PLAYERS, your information will populate, click the First Photo Box and your headshot player photo will appear. If the Second Photo Box is empty, the system will ask for you to upload a driver's license or other form of ID to validate age before proceeding.
OR 6B. For NEW PLAYERS, input your information and upload a proper player picture (passport style) in the First Photo Box and driver's license or other form of ID to validate age in the Second Photo Box.
- A PROPER PLAYER PHOTO is a clear and in focus frontward facial headshot only, passport style.
- NO profile shots, NO full body pics, NO sunglasses and NO hats.
- This is easier to do from a computer, but may also be done on a smartphone if photos are cropped before upload.
- PHOTO UPLOAD and EDITING INSTRUCTIONS: To upload your photo click on the PHOTO ICON then click CHOOSE FILE.
- Use the edit tools to crop your photo to a frontward facing headshot. Once you have your player photo edited click UPLOAD IMAGE.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to change or edit your photo after clicking UPLOAD IMAGE. If you have any issues with your photo upload or cropping, please contact ncasa2@ncsoccer.org.
- IMPORTANT - If it is not a proper player picture, you will not appear on the picture game day roster that the referees will use to check-in players at the field.
7. Click SAVE at the bottom of the page
8. The system will prompt you to complete any missing information, please do so and click SAVE again.
9. Next page click CONTINUE, green button
10. Select the checkbox for the Waivers/Consent and click AGREE & CONTINUE
11. You are now on the Payment window
12A. RETURNING PLAYERS that are registered with NCASA (or Beer City Cup & Celebrate the Tatas players who just purchased a Tournament Only Pass) will not have a payment due, click CONTINUE to complete the rostering process.
OR 12B. NEW or previously unregistered players: Input your payment information and click CONTINUE to complete the rostering process and receive your email payment confirmation.
